The Challenge:
Our client, a new residential tower nestled in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, aimed to generate anticipation and excitement ahead of its official opening. With this goal in mind, they expressed a desire to establish a presence on social media to showcase the building, highlight its numerous amenities, and illustrate the vibrant life in the surrounding neighborhood. They approached us to shape their visual identity and create engaging content.
Our Solution:
We developed a content calendar, emphasizing not only the surrounding activities but also the shops and amenities within the building. Simultaneously, we crafted a strategy to increase followers on their Instagram account. To achieve this, we strategically utilized Instagram Stories, optimizing the visibility of our posts. Additionally, we closely collaborated with the Instagram accounts of the businesses located on the ground floor of the building, combining efforts to reach a broader and more engaged audience.
The Results:
Thanks to our strategy, IVY experienced a significant increase in followers on its platforms, and our posts generated a higher level of interaction. As a result, our client is now well-prepared to confidently welcome its new tenants.
